Services
EXPERTEAM provides its clients with two main services: recruitment services, including head hunting for permanent employment of IT professionals, and the provision of IT consultants for major IT projects.
Our approach varies from that of other recruitment companies, as we propose to offer our client to take over the person following 6 months, if this solution fits our client’s needs. In this way, all human resources activities, along with the recruitment procedures are carried out by Experteam. A fixed amount is invoiced, based on a daily timecard.
This solution relieves the HR department of a particular and sometimes time-consuming recruitment exercise, and gives it more time to focus on other activities.

Over the last 20 years, Experteam has provided expertise in the area of software development, in particular within the financial sector. Due to the complexity of development, the numbers of available applications and the time restraint involved, our clients have deemed it necessary to outsource activities.
The motivation factors for outsourcing vary from company to company, but often the reasons are one of the following:
