Galilei is known today as a centre of excellence in terms of career services : outplacement, career development and leadership coaching.

Since the start of our activities, numerous individuals have put their faith in Galilei and have taken advantage of our career transition programs. Many of them have gone through a successful career transition. This success is due to the combination of individual and personalized coaching, a proven methodology, high quality and productivity standards, a strong network of contacts, a wide array of business information offered through our intranet and a solid knowledge of the labour market. Our team of consultants is composed of people with a vast experience in career management and is known for its professionalism, enthusiasm and respect for human values.

Since January 2006 Galilei has become a Randstad company. Our services are now available in our offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Hasselt, Namur and Luxemburg. Randstad focuses mainly on coaching non-executive employees while Galilei takes care of managers and executives.

Both units will operate together under the name of Galilei and continue to offer their specific methodology while striving to expand their leadership position on the Belgian market and abroad. The assignments entrusted to us are both geared towards individuals and groups. Galilei has developed a specific expertise in handling restructuring programs.

Today our team consists of 50 consultants, 5 expert consultants and 8 professional staff giving its full support to organizations and their employees. This dynamic team offers solid experience in career counseling and coaching activities.

This quality label means that more than 80% of our customers are satisfied with our coaching, career development and outplacement services.


ACTIVITIES
CAREER TRANSITION SERVICES
Our outplacement services are either individually oriented or can be tailor-made for certain groups as part of a restructuring or closure of a company.
The different programs in our Career Transition offering are:
· Individual coaching for blue collar workers, employees, managers and executives;
· Group coaching for blue collar workers and employees;
· Spouse Relocation program for partners of expats wishing to find a job on the Belgian market;
· Pre-Retirement Program
· Inplacement Program for candidates looking for a new position within their company.

Other activities
